Terms and Conditions

Please read through our Terms and Conditions, we ask that you do not use our website or service until you have familiarised yourself with them. If you are using or have used our service it is understood that you have agreed to the terms set forth on this page. When we say “We” “Eagleview Resort” “Eagleview” “EVR”, “us”, “our” and “our service” we are referring to Eagleview Resort Pty Ltd and its holiday letting services. References to “you” “your” “customer” “client” and the like, refer to you, and your agents. These Terms and Conditions can change at any time. It is important that you check back here regularly. Your continued use of this website implies acceptance of any subsequent revisions.

Eagleview Resort’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the contracted holiday rental accommodation.

Rental Payments and Security Deposits

A rental deposit of $250 or other amount as specified is required before we will accept and confirm any booking request. The balance of the rent together with a fully refundable security deposit of at least $200 is required at least one week prior to the arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure provided there are no claims outstanding for damage to property or theft of any items in the lodge. If the damage to property exceeds the amount of the security deposit, Eagleview Resort will seek full reimbursement of the costs incurred in remediating the damage or replacing the item in question.

Rental and security deposit payments can be made direct to our bank account or by Mastercard or Visa credit card. No additional fees apply to any payments made by credit card.
